What a wonderful celebration some CTK school council representatives enjoyed with Marian and her carers. Without family close by and the national lock down this meant Marian was going to miss out on some significant celebrations. She was hoping for a party “@thegrange” but this needed to be cancelled. So Team CTK came to the rescue. Over 100 cards were received and delivered to Marian on Tuesday.

A note from Cath @thegrange “Marian, has just called to say how thrilled she was with the children yesterday, she has read all the cards and she thought they were delightful. She commented on how many Polish family names there were, she was delighted as she was a member of the Polish Club for years and had many Polish friends. They used to, in her words, ”have a bit of banter” with her as Marian is actually a Polish boy’s name!”
